Tech students at the New York City university are hosting a forum on Tuesday night to discuss their views on a range of topics.
They are joined by a panel of experts and community members.
The forum, called the Tech Forum, was announced on Facebook by NYU’s Alumni & Students Forum and the university’s Tech School.
The topic of discussion will be on issues such as: how to educate students, the impact of the tech bubble, how to connect with and engage with others in technology, and what the future holds for the tech industry in the United States.
“We’re excited to see a community emerge around technology that is inclusive, open, and inclusive of all students, staff, and faculty,” said Alumni and Student Forum President and CEO Alex Gebbia in a statement.
“This forum will provide a platform for our community to engage with each other, as well as offer a platform to provide feedback and suggestions.”
The event will be open to anyone attending the university.
There is no word yet on whether the event will feature speakers or panelists.
The forum was launched last year, and the school says it plans to host a similar forum on Thursday.
